If Yes: Yes. One of our advisors, Dr. Michael Chen, previously worked as a consultant for GreenTech Ventures, which is one of the organizations sponsoring this competition. This relationship ended in 2022, and there is currently no active financial or advisory involvement between our startup and the organization.

Part 3: Application Material
PDF / Word Provides a concise overview of the startup. Used to assess clarity, logic, and communication quality.
Expected content includes:
- Team structure
- Identity, mission, and vision
- Problem statement and proposed solution
- Market size, competition, and validation
- Business model
- Financial overview
- Traction and growth strategy
Here is the pitch deck template that should be followed (with an example of Venture Craftee)
PDF / Word The executive summary should provide a concise overview of the startup, typically 1–2 pages.
Must include:

The video pitch is an opportunity to clearly communicate your startup’s value proposition and why it is worth investing in. It allows teams to present their idea in a more engaging and memorable way than written materials alone.
Expected Content
- Explain the startup idea and its value proposition.
- Teams may reference or present parts of their pitch deck, but they are not required to present every slide.
- Focus on key elements within the 3–5 minute timeframe.
Team Representation
- Not all team members are required to appear.
- One representative (e.g., Team Leader) may present.
- Presenter should introduce the team and member roles.
Presentation & Recording Format
Teams are free to choose the format that best communicates their idea. Acceptable formats include:
- Presenting a pitch deck or slides while explaining the idea.
- Screen-sharing slides (using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc).
- Recording in front of a physical screen or display with slides.
- Creative video pitch (storytelling, product demo, or concept explanation).
Technical and Quality requirements:
- ✓ Clear audio and visible slides.
- ✓ Professional but simple production is acceptable.
- ✓ Language: English (professional and consistent throughout).
Video submission instructions:
1. Upload: Click the "Create" icon in YouTube and select "Upload video".
2. Set Visibility: Choose Unlisted. (Not Public or Private).
3. Share: Copy the video link and submit on the form.
PDF / Word Maximum of 5 pages.
Supporting documents may include (not limited to):
- Market research
- Technical validation
- Customer feedback
- Prototype results
Evaluation Note
Supporting data is used to enhance technical evaluation, but the absence of it will not negatively affect eligibility. Emphasis is placed on clarity, relevance, and technical reasoning rather than volume or complexity.
